As an Account Executive with IYH Magazine you will be associated with an established home improvement magazine brand, receive a solid base salary, split the profits of the magazine you manage 50/50 with the publisher, and be able to focus 100% of your efforts on sales and acquiring new clients.

As an Account Executive of ImproveYourHouse Magazine you will benefit from the following:

  1. A Solid Base Salary – We don’t expect you to work on 100% commission and happily pay a livable base salary while you ramp up your magazine.
  2. Profit Sharing – Share profits with the publisher 50/50. Not only do you receive a base salary when ramping up, you will ultimately split profits with the potential of making $200K or more per year.
  3. Support Team – We expect our Account Executives to spend 100% of their time selling ad space, not collecting money or designing ads. You will rarely, if ever, be asked to collect money from customers, let alone design ads. Our in-house team takes care of this for you so you can focus on what you do best, sell.
  4. A Publishing History – The hardest part about selling home improvement magazine advertising is establishing credibility. ImproveYourHouse Magazine has published for almost 5 years and has a clear and successful track record.
  5. Customer Testimonials – You will be able to refer potential advertisers to our current clients, most of whom are happy to share their experiences and successes with ImproveYourHouse Magazine.
  6. Work From Home – The Account Executive position is a work-from-home opportunity. We will even provide the necessary computer and other equipment for you to set up the perfect home office. You will have to go out on appointments frequently, but you will not have to report to the company office.
